Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had good-sized rooms for NYC, but lacked facilities for packing away clothes in suitcases. The free parking was advertised but I was charged $70 for overnight parking. However, the stellar service offset these drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a wonderful bed, but unfortunately, it wasn't very comfortable for us. The service, while generally helpful, seemed to be more focused on tasks than acknowledging guests. The location was vibrant and accessible to the city, but I found the resort fee a bit of a drawback. Dining was included and enjoyable, although there were slight service issues. Overall, the hotel offers a unique experience with some room for improvement.
What an amazing stay at The New York EDITION! The rooms are fabulous with a clean, great bathroom, and the view facing the Empire State Building, Flatiron Building, and even Jersey. The soundproofing and climate control, thanks to my bonvoy status, made my sleep comfort top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great view, although the bathroom layout was a bit odd. Room service had a slight problem, but with a roll-away bed, it worked perfectly for us and our teen. The service was mixed, with some staff being efficient but distracted, while others were attentive and caring. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions, in a vibrant district with great dining options. The dining experience was nice, and the facilities were up to standard.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet for NYC. The rollaway bed was a nice touch and worked perfectly for us and our teen. However, the rate of $400 was a bit on the higher side.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet, providing a perfect getaway for me and my teenage companion. We particularly enjoyed the amazing view from our room. While the square footage of the room could have been utilized better, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
